KUALA TERENGGANU: Having a second eye has rekindled the spirit of Terengganu FC (TFC) architect Lee Tuck to help his team hunt for a slot on the AFC Cup stage next season.
In fact, the England-Malaysia player admitted that he can't wait to make his first appearance this season with TFC against Kedah on August 21 at the Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium, Gong Badak after recovering from injury.
The loan player from the Sri Pahang team had a second child after his wife, Georgia Madelela, 31, gave birth to a daughter last Monday, and even sweeter their two children were born in Kuala Terengganu.
“My wife gave birth to a child named Sienna Mae Tuck at 9.45am last Monday, her presence is so much awaited to add to the family tie.
"I am thankful that everything is safe, my children and wife are healthy, thanks to the doctors and nurses at the hospital who are so great.
"Now that our family is getting bigger, as well as my football career, I now have a new spirit and can't wait to get back fit to help the team against Kedah to hunt for a place in the AFC Cup next season," he said.
The 33 -year -old, who started playing in the Malaysia League (M League) in 2017 when wearing the Negeri Sembilan jersey before migrating to Terengganu from 2018 to 2020 and to Pahang earlier this season, got his first eye named Ruby Sofia on 5 May 2019 .
